Customer service is our priority, and you can always connect with our dedicated concierge to make changes, cancellations, last minute requests, or anything you can think of.
The vast majority of all reservation changes we’re able to accommodate with zero cost to you, however there may be exceptions if the desired vehicle & new dates are already reserved for another client. Please Contact Us for more information

Changes / Re-Scheduling

There are no fees associated with making changes to your reservation, although we do ask that you let us know 48 hours in advance. This is to ensure other individuals and organizations have adequate opportunity to enjoy the vehicles as well.

Due to the demand, we cannot guarantee that your vehicle of choice will be available for your desired re-scheduling window, but we do our best to accommodate.




Cancellations

There are no fees associated with partial/full cancellations of your reservation, although credit card/invoice payments will incur a 6% payment processing fee.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are only eligible for rental credit valid (1) year after the date of payment. This is to ensure other individuals and organizations have adequate opportunity to enjoy the vehicles and minimize abuse of our online booking system.
